Reef Casino Trust has announced an estimated distribution of 8.24 cents per unit for the first half of 2024, totaling approximately $4.10 million, maintaining its policy of distributing 100% of distributable profit. The Trust has reported a profitable performance from January to May 2024, with rental income on par with the previous year, though costs have increased due to higher insurance, administration, and essential maintenance. The estimated net profit after distributions, considered as finance costs, is around $2.05 million for the six-month period ending June 30, 2024.
