The latest update is out from Reedy Lagoon Corporation Limited ( (AU:RLC) ).
Reedy Lagoon Corporation is progressing its Burracoppin Gold Project in Western Australia, where it holds 100% of three exploration licences covering 218 square kilometres across the Lady Janet, Windmills, Shear Luck and Zebra prospects along the Yandina Shear Zone. The company has previously completed fine-fraction soil sampling and airborne geophysical surveys, which together have identified interpreted bedrock structural targets with potential to host gold mineralisation, and is now preparing for first-pass reverse circulation drilling to test selected structures. During the December quarter, Reedy Lagoon focused on securing land access agreements, completing permitting steps, and initiating discussions with drill contractors, while also advancing preparations for drilling at its Burracoppin Iron project and seeking farm-in partners for both projects. A key regulatory milestone was achieved when, following submission of an activities notice under its heritage agreement, the company was advised that heritage surveys are not required over most planned drilling areas due to prior survey coverage and long-term agricultural use, reducing cultural heritage risk and potentially streamlining the timing and cost of upcoming field programs.
