Reed’s Inc (REED) has provided an announcement.
Reed’s, Inc. has finalized a new compensation package for Chief Financial Officer Joann Tinnelly, setting her salary at $300,000, retroactive to the beginning of the year, and awarding a $52,500 bonus. Additionally, she’s eligible for an annual performance bonus up to 35% of her salary, alongside executive benefits, a car allowance of $300, and a cell phone allowance of $150 monthly. The agreement also includes indemnification provisions for Tinnelly and other key officers.
