Reece Limited has announced the appointment of Angela Mentis as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, slated to begin her role on 15 November 2024. Mentis brings over three decades of experience in the financial services industry, including significant roles at National Australia Bank and as CEO of Bank of New Zealand. Her expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, and innovation is expected to bolster the Reece Group’s strategic initiatives.
