Redsun Services Group Ltd has announced a change in its corporate secretarial team, with Ms. Yung Mei Yee resigning from her roles, effective 30 September 2024. Ms. Chan Charmayne will take over as the new Joint Company Secretary, Authorized Representative, and Process Agent. The company has also secured a new waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s strict compliance rules, allowing Mr. Jia to continue as Joint Company Secretary with Ms. Chan’s assistance until 28 May 2027.
