Redivium Limited has announced the appointment of Michael O’Leary-Collins as a new director effective from April 29, 2024. O’Leary-Collins does not hold any registered securities but has a significant interest in Greenhouse Investments Limited, where he is a director and shareholder with 647,500,653 shares. No interests in contracts relevant to Redivium Limited were disclosed.
