Redivium Limited Announces Director’s Share Transfer

Hannans Limited (AU:RIL) has released an update.

Redivium Limited, formerly known as Hannans Ltd, has announced a change in Director Jonathan Murray’s interest, involving an off-market transfer of 26,823,825 ordinary shares between related entities. The transaction did not affect Murray’s total interest in the company, as the securities were moved between his spouse and a trust for which he is a beneficiary. There was no change in contracts related to the director’s interest.
