The transaction involved the sale of shares in Reed Exploration Pty Ltd, which holds the tenements for the Forrestania Project. Redivium received a total of $400,000 in cash as part of the sale. Classic Minerals Limited will continue to hold an 80% beneficial interest in the gold rights over the Forrestania Project through a joint venture with Reed, requiring them to maintain the tenements and manage government requests.
