Redde Northgate has announced that Richard Griffiths and controlled holdings have crossed a major threshold in their holdings with Zigup Plc, now owning a combined total of 5.17% of the voting rights as of September 17, 2024. This change is attributed to an increase due to ongoing share buybacks, and the details were officially completed and notified on September 19, 2024. The new holding includes 3.31% of voting rights attached to shares and 1.86% through financial instruments.
