Redde Northgate Becomes ZIGUP After Shareholder Approval

Redde Northgate Plc (GB:REDD) has released an update.

Redde Northgate PLC has successfully passed a special resolution to change its company name to ZIGUP plc, with an overwhelming 99.58% of votes in favor. The name change will be official once further formalities are completed, at which point the company’s ticker symbol will transition from ‘REDD’ to ‘ZIG’. The significant majority approval reflects strong shareholder support for the rebranding initiative.
