Red Rock Resources (GB:RRR) has released an update.
Red Rock Resources PLC has announced the issuance of 44,444,444 new Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.045 pence each, following a £20,000 subscription by an existing shareholder. These shares are expected to be admitted for trading on the AIM market around August 22, 2024. The company’s total issued share capital will reach 4,830,265,010 shares, all with equal voting rights, and the total voting rights in the company will also number 4,830,265,010.
