Red Rock Resources PLC, a company specializing in gold and base metals, has announced an extension of its 12% Convertible Notes and plans to issue new shares. The extension pushes the maturity of the Notes to November 2024, with £562,840 in notes and £73,462 in accrued interest. The company also confirmed the upcoming admission of 129,628,588 new shares to the AIM trading platform, which will increase its total issued share capital to 4,959,893,598 shares.
