Red Pine Exploration Inc. has secured a C$7.0 million private placement deal facilitated by Haywood Securities Inc. and Research Capital Corporation, involving a mix of common and flow-through shares. The proceeds from the sale will finance Canadian exploration expenses for the company’s Ontario projects, with tax incentives for investors.
