Red Pine Exploration Secures Funding Through Private Placement

Red Pine Exploration (TSE:RPX) has released an update.

Red Pine Exploration Inc. successfully completed a ‘bought deal’ private placement, raising C$11,000,358 in gross proceeds, which will fund Canadian exploration expenses and corporate needs. The deal included various common shares and flow-through shares, and the funds are earmarked for exploration at the Wawa Gold Project in Ontario, as well as for general corporate purposes.
