Red Pine Exploration Advances with New Directors and Drills

Red Pine Exploration (TSE:RPX) has released an update.

Red Pine Exploration Inc. has concluded its Annual General Meeting, electing five directors and reappointing their auditors, while actively seeking a new CEO. The company also continues to advance its Wawa Gold project with two drills targeting various areas, and has granted 2,025,000 stock options to its team. These options are exercisable at $0.19 CAD per share and vest over a period leading up to March 2027.
