Red Metal Resources Ltd. announced the completion of the second tranche of its private placement offering, issuing 550,000 common shares at $0.05 each, raising $27,500. The company has now raised a total of $87,500 through the offering. Additionally, a debt settlement was conducted with a creditor through the issuance of 150,000 common shares to resolve $7,500 of debt.
