Red Hawk Mining Director Increases Shareholding

Flinders Mines Limited (AU:RHK) has released an update.

Red Hawk Mining Ltd has reported a change in director Cheryl Lynn Edwardes’ interest in the company. Edwardes acquired an additional 2,581 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at $0.60 each, increasing her total holdings to 24,948 shares. This change is part of the Retail Entitlement Offer previously announced on March 12, 2024.
