Red 5 Limited’s Director, Peter Brendan Johnston, has significantly increased his stake in the company by converting 1,500,000 Silver Lake Resources shares into 5,151,000 Red 5 Limited ordinary shares. The transaction, which occurred on June 19, 2024, under a Scheme of Arrangement between the company and Silver Lake Resources, resulted in Johnston holding a total of 5,351,000 ordinary shares. This notable change in director’s interest has been reported under ASX listing rule 3.19A.2 and provides a strong signal of leadership’s confidence in the company’s future.
