Red 5 Limited Becomes Substantial Holder

Red 5 Limited (AU:RED) has released an update.

Red 5 Limited (RED) has emerged as a substantial holder in its own company after acquiring an indirect interest in the RED Shares held by Silver Lake Resources (SLR) through a scheme of arrangement. On becoming a substantial holder on June 19, 2024, RED had a 6.05% voting power in the company, equivalent to 411,662,268 fully paid ordinary shares. This move was part of a larger transaction where RED issued 3,284,722,929 new shares to acquire all shares in SLR.
