Red 5 Limited Appoints New Director

Red 5 Limited (AU:RED) has released an update.

Red 5 Limited has appointed Luke Tonkin as a director on June 19, 2024, according to their Initial Director’s Interest Notice. Tonkin currently holds no securities as a registered holder in the company. However, he has an indirect interest in 11,664,766 fully paid ordinary shares through the Cynthton Family Trust, where he is a beneficiary.
