Red 5 Limited has formally notified the ASX of the cessation of Mark James Williams as a director of the company, effective 19 June 2024, along with his final director’s interest notice. Williams had a registered interest in 25,617,355 ordinary shares of the company. No further interests in contracts or securities held by Williams were disclosed.
