Rectifier Technologies Ltd has reported a late lodgement of an Appendix 3Y, related to the acquisition of shares by newly appointed director Zong Wong, attributing the delay to administrative oversight. The company has since reviewed its processes to ensure compliance with disclosure obligations and maintains that this was an isolated incident without substantive breach of ASX Listing Rules. The incident involved multiple transactions for on-market trades within a set price limit.
