Recticel has increased its share capital with the creation of 122,500 new ordinary shares after the exercise of subscription rights from various warrant plans, resulting in a slight rise in total share capital and outstanding shares. The new shares will be admitted to trading on Euronext Brussels as the company continues its focus on insulation solutions to combat climate change and enhance energy efficiency in buildings. In 2023, Recticel employed 1,255 people and generated a turnover of EUR 529.4 million.
