Record Resources Inc., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has announced a non-brokered LIFE offering and a separate non-brokered flow-through share offering to raise up to $1,025,000. The funds will be used for exploration and evaluation of the company’s properties, including a hydrogen soil-gas program and a geophysical survey to locate deep structures in the Precambrian basement. The offerings are expected to close by May 30, 2025, subject to necessary approvals.
