Record plc has disclosed that Senior Manager Thomas Arnold has acquired 332 ordinary shares at 67.67 pence per share under the company’s Share Incentive Plan, increasing his total holdings to 41,600 shares. The transaction was conducted on the London Stock Exchange and is in line with the Market Abuse Regulation.
