Record plc has disclosed that their Chief of Staff & Company Secretary, Kevin Ayles, acquired 103,291 ordinary shares at £0.6356 each following the vesting of the company’s Joint Share Ownership Plan on September 23, 2024. The transaction took place outside of a trading venue, which was reported to the company on the same day.
