Directors and senior managers at Record plc have recently acquired Ordinary Shares under the Group Bonus Scheme, with transactions occurring on July 1, 2024, at a price of 64.11 pence per share. Notably, after the acquisition, several executives transferred their shares to their spouses. These acquisitions are part of the initial notification under the UK Market Abuse Regulation, with transactions conducted outside a trading venue.
