Record plc has announced board changes with the resignation of Tim Edwards and the appointment of Krystyna Nowak as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. The company welcomes new Non-Executive Director, Dr. Othman Boukrami, with his extensive sector expertise, and promotes Kevin Ayles, a long-standing member of the senior leadership team, to the board, effective from 1 July 2024.
