Record plc has released its 2024 Annual Report and Accounts along with the Notice of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to shareholders, with both documents available on the company’s website and the National Storage Mechanism. The company also published its 2024 Sustainability Report and Climate Report, accessible online. The AGM is scheduled to take place on 30 July 2024 at Fora – Liberty House in London.
