Recon Technology, Ltd announced the resignation of its independent director, Mr. Shudong Zhao, for personal reasons, with no disagreements reported between him and the company. The board swiftly appointed Mr. Hu Zhongchen, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in economic management and the energy sector, as the new director. Mr. Hu’s appointment is expected to leverage his deep understanding of China’s energy industry to the benefit of Recon Technology.
