Recce Pharmaceuticals Launches Share Purchase Plan

Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (AU:RCE) has released an update.

Recce Pharmaceuticals Ltd has opened its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise up to $2 million, inviting eligible shareholders to buy new shares at a set price of $0.45 each without brokerage fees. The offer, available to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, aligns with the issue price from a recent $8 million placement to institutional investors. The SPP, which commenced on July 10, 2024, will run until July 31, 2024, unless altered by the company.
