Realord Group Holdings Limited (HK:1196) has released an update.

Realord Group Holdings Limited has announced the disposal of its entire share capital of a subsidiary and the assignment of related debts for a nominal sum after the subsidiary consistently posted losses. The transaction, involving a connected purchaser, is compliant with the Listing Rules, requiring only reporting and announcement due to its size. As a result, the subsidiary’s financials will no longer be consolidated within Realord Group’s financial statements.
