Tokens.com Corp ( (TSE:XBOT) ) has shared an update.
Realbotix Corp., a human-centric AI and humanoid robot manufacturer listed on the TSX-V, Frankfurt and OTC markets, has sold its Tokens.com domain portfolio to Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. for US$2.245 million. The divestiture covers the Tokens.com domain and related assets such as TokensArt.com, TokensGaming.com, TokensTrade.com and TokensTrading.com.
The company emphasized that the domains were non-core digital assets carrying no value on its balance sheet, meaning the proceeds are fully additive financially and do not involve any transfer of operating businesses, intellectual property or liabilities. Management said the transaction strengthens Realbotix’s balance sheet as it scales its AI and robotics platform and winds down legacy activities to focus on commercial deployments of its humanoid robots.
Under the agreed terms, Realbotix received an upfront payment of US$1.5 million at closing, with two further instalments of US$372,500 due by August 31, 2026 and January 31, 2027, respectively. The staged payments provide ongoing liquidity to support growth initiatives as the company advances its strategy in social-task robotics and human-interaction AI solutions.
