Peter N. Christos has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company for personal reasons, with no disagreements over Company operations. In his stead, Dr. Richard J. Goldberg, a distinguished academic with extensive experience in psychiatry, has been appointed to the Board. Dr. Goldberg’s background from prestigious institutions and his involvement in psychiatry organizations position him to significantly contribute to the Company’s focus on developing psychedelic therapies for psychiatric conditions. His advisory role is compensated with two million shares distributed over a year.
