Readboy Education Holding Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Li Xinshou as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the remuneration committee, effective 26 August 2024. He is succeeded by Ms. Li Manfang, who brings 27 years of experience in accounting and financial management to her new role as an independent non-executive director, chairwoman of the audit committee, and member of the remuneration committee.
