News Corporation’s digital real estate services wing, REA Group Ltd, has had its non-binding indicative proposal to acquire Rightmove plc for approximately £5.6 billion rejected. The offer included a mix of cash and shares, representing a substantial premium over Rightmove’s recent share prices.
