REA Group Ltd has notified the ASX of changes in director Tracey Fellows’ interests, coinciding with the vesting of her News Corp employee share plan. The change saw Fellows acquire a net total of 13,907 News Corp Class A shares and dispose of the same number at US$27.34 each. Post the transaction, Fellows continues to hold 3,386 Ordinary Shares in REA Group Ltd.
