REA Group Ltd has reported a change in the director’s interest, with Tracey Fellows acquiring additional Unvested Performance Share Units and Restricted Stock Units in News Corp as dividend equivalent payments. The transaction, which resulted in no disposals and no cash consideration, has increased Fellow’s holdings in these types of securities, set to vest in August 2024.
