RE Royalties Ltd. has announced the initial closing of its Series 4 Green Bonds private placement, raising total gross proceeds of approximately $3.85 million CAD and $200,000 USD. The funds will support renewable and sustainable energy projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. The Green Bonds, with a five-year term and a 9% annual interest rate, reinforce the company’s commitment to climate change mitigation through strategic investment.
