RE Royalties Ltd., a pioneer in renewable energy royalty financing, has announced a private placement of Series 4 secured green bonds, aiming to raise up to $10 million. These green bonds will be secured against the company’s portfolio, have a 5-year term, and offer a 9% annual interest, paid quarterly. The funds raised are intended to support renewable and sustainable energy projects that contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
