RC365 Holding PLC, a prominent fintech and payment solutions company, has announced the appointment of Iain Muir as Independent Non-Executive Director and future Non-Executive Chairman. The company will hold its AGM on September 10, 2024, where Robert Cairns will step down as Non-Executive Chairman.
