RBR Group Ltd (AU:RBR) has released an update.
RBR Group Limited has announced the cessation of 40 million performance rights and the redemption of 75,000 convertible notes as detailed in its latest regulatory filing. The performance rights lapsed without being exercised or converted, with two separate tranches expiring in December 2023 and June 2024, respectively. Meanwhile, the convertible notes due in November 2022 were repaid or redeemed without conversion as of June 2024.
