RBG Holdings plc has announced its intention to appoint administrators, following a previous announcement on January 28, 2025. This action extends to its subsidiaries RBG Legal Services Limited and RBL Law Limited. With this decision, Singer Capital Markets Advisory LLP has resigned as the nominated adviser for RBG. If a replacement is not found within a month, the company’s shares will be delisted from AIM. RBG has no plans to appoint a new adviser at present.
