Raymond D. Roberts, Sr., aged 92, has stepped down from his role as a Director and from all Board Committees of New Concept Energy, Inc. His resignation comes after a tenure that began in June 2015. With a background as Director of Aviation at Stellar Aviation, Inc., he leaves the company without any disputes regarding its operations, policies, or practices. Despite his departure, the company maintains a board majority of independent directors, ensuring the continuity of its governance and oversight committees. Mr. Roberts is currently addressing certain health issues with his family.
