Ratos-owned Presis Infra, a major Nordic infrastructure maintenance specialist headquartered in Bergen, has appointed Daniel Kjørberg Siraj as its new Chairman, effective 10 April 2026, replacing Jacob Landén. Siraj brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in Nordic infrastructure, construction, real estate and board governance, including his tenure as CEO of OBOS Group.
The appointment underscores Ratos’s ambition to accelerate Presis Infra’s growth and strengthen its role in safeguarding critical transport networks across Norway and Sweden. With Presis Infra generating SEK 3.3 billion in net sales and Ratos holding a 98% stake, the move signals a strategic push to enhance governance and execution of the company’s ambitious growth plans, which are central to both Ratos’s portfolio strategy and regional infrastructure reliability.
