RAS Tech Director Sells Shares for $3M

RAS Technology Holdings Limited (AU:RTH) has released an update.

Gary Crispe, a director of RAS Technology Holdings Limited, has sold 2.5 million of his fully paid ordinary shares for a personal gain of $3 million. Following this transaction, Crispe retains 9,565,124 shares and 423,432 unlisted performance rights in the company. This change in director’s interest is part of a larger block sale by the company’s co-founders.
