Rare Foods Director Bolsters Shareholding

Rare Foods Australia Limited (AU:RFA) has released an update.

Ignazio Ricciardi, a director at Rare Foods Australia Limited, has increased his indirect stake in the company by acquiring 703,125 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares through an off-market transfer from his mother’s estate. This transaction has raised his total holding to 55,158,565 shares. There were no changes reported in the director’s interests in contracts, and the trade did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
