Rare Element Resources Ltd. has announced significant progress on its Wyoming-based rare earth demonstration plant, with construction well underway and operations expected to kick off in the third quarter of 2024. The project, which has seen a budget increase due to inflation, is on track with the first pre-assembled skid already on site. The company is adjusting its financial strategy to ensure the plant’s operation period is sufficient for future commercialization decisions.
