Rare Earth Magnesium Technology Group Holdings Limited has announced its upcoming annual general meeting scheduled for 28 June 2024, where audited financial statements will be reviewed, directors re-elected, and auditors re-appointed. Additionally, the meeting will address the authorization for the company to repurchase its own shares, with a limit set at 10% of its share capital as of the resolution date. This buyback authorization will remain valid until the next annual general meeting or until an earlier resolution is passed to revoke or alter this approval.
