Rapid Dose Therapeutics Corp. has successfully raised $110,000 in the third tranche of its equity private placement, reaching a total of $1.41 million against a target of $7 million. The latest funding round included the sale of 647,059 units, each composed of a common share and a warrant, with additional agent warrants issued to the facilitating agent. The capital is earmarked for R&D, capital expansion, and working capital requirements.
